Our intention is to make a difference with every person in the room and every organization each of you represents. Our goal is to cause a transformation, a fundamental shift in the way you, and your board, see the issues we are discussing. We achieve that goal together, and one of the things we need from you in order to make this happen is a good understanding of what we like to call the “listening” into which we will be speaking. Its important for us to know who you are, and what you are up to in the world, so that we can make this day the best possible experience for you.
